Hello Backers,
I know we suck. We suck really bad. We are some cuss words I am sure you have uttered in our direction over the last couple of years.
We should have responded earlier and sent more updates, but we didn't. I don't have good reason why other than the fact that I didn't have any good news to share and we couldn't share any news about the litigation until it was resolved.
As some of you have seen, we have ended our litigation and started selling bags again on our website again. This means that we will be able to start refunding backers over the next couple of months. All income generated by Breton from the sale of our bags will go to refunds. Each month we will do our best to refund as many bags as we can.
For those of you waiting for a bag, we are having issues getting the leather to Vietnam due to Covid. Due these additional delays, manufacturing for the waterproof leather bags will not start until after Chinese new year.
Once again, I am really sorry and I wish we could move this along faster, but this really has been the most frustrating project I have ever worked on with all of the delays due to our litigation. Over the past year, we have considered bankruptcy due to our creditors and the costs of litigation, but we never did it because I didn't feel right leaving all of the backers out to dry.

Hello Backers
I know everyone hates me. I am working at getting everyone refunded who wants a refund. On a side note to that, ee did have a good conversation with the other side's attorney last week and I am hopeful for a speedy resolution.
However, if you can put aside your hate for a minute, I am trying to help out some friends that have launched a Kickstarter. Trust me, I would never put this in here if I didn't feel a need to help some friends who are trying to make something happened during the worst time ever. I know I am going to get crucified in the comments section for the project and this update, but I just think these are some good guys who could use some support right now.
