Litigation Update

The lawsuit with our manufacturer has not been resolved, Since this is taking so long, we are going to start offering refunds to anyone who is tired of waiting.
Due to the economic impact of the litigation and the damage caused by our manufacturer, I am starting a job and I will use the money I earn to refund everyone who would like a refund.
To simply this process, if you want a refund, please email [email protected] with your name, email, and pledge number and we will get your refund issued as soon as possible.
I am really sorry this has taken so long and is so frustrating.

Shipping Update

I know there has been an absence of information regarding shipping. So, I wanted drop a quick note to catch you up.
Over the last year, we have been trying resolve some manufacturing issues with our manufacturer. The issues arose when we were alerted by one of our manufacturer's employees that they had incorrectly sewn all of the bags they had made for us, which was over 5,000 bag.
As you can imagine, these manufacturing errors caused significant issues with our customers and our company's finances. These errors were affecting our ability to grow and fulfill orders on a regular basis.
Our manufacturer refused to compensate us with correctly made bags or even make us whole financially. At various points, we expected this to resolve only to find out that our manufacturer was stringing us along with no intention of doing the right thing.
As a result, we initiated a law suit against manufacturer. We are in process of suing them because their errors and bad faith have caused significant financial damage to our company.
I was hoping to resolve the issue with our manufacturer and deliver all of the bags in November, but we have not ben able to do this. I am really sorry for the lack information. Due to the damages our company has suffered, we cannot refund orders until this law suit is resolved. We are aggressively pursuing our manufacturer and should have this resolved shortly.
Again I am sorry for the late notice and lack of information up to this point.
Going forward, I will keep you up to date on the process of litigation and when it will be resolved.
